About Us
In 1978, twenty-five Netherlands based, active members of the UK Morris
Register, established contact with each other. From this association, the "Nederlandse Morris Register"
("Dutch Morris Register") evolved and was established as an
autonomous club in 1983. The club maintains the same objectives as the "parent" Morris Register.
Publications
"De Peilstok" ("The dipstick") is produced four times per year. This
provides details of Netherlands based events. To celebrate the club's 25th
Anniversary in June 2008, a jubilee book "Twenty-five years Morris Register
Netherlands" was published.
Events
A number
of rallies
are organised each year. Some of these, such as the Morris Mijdrecht Rally,
which ran for 10 years (1994-2003), have been annual events. In addition, there are many
other club activities such as the annual meeting and the traditional New Year
Reception.
